Add contact details for support

In any case when a buyer wishes to contact a seller, they will use the support email and mobile number provided by the seller. Sellers can set these details from their seller account.

  1. Login to your seller account on Galileo Marketplace.
  2. Click on the "General Settings" section from the left panel.
  3. Enter your support email and mobile number.
  4. Click on "Save" button to successfully save your info.

Note: In all communications between a buyer and seller, it is mandatory to include hello@galileoprotocol.io in cc, so that in case of disputes Galileo can play the intermediatary role and help in dispute resolution. In case buyer contacts via telephone, the summary should be shared via email with hello@galileoprotocol.io in cc for record keeping,
