How do i get my order updates?

Once you place an order, you can receive updates in two ways:

  1. Email Notifications: Receive email updates from the Galileo team upon any order status change.
  2. Marketplace Updates: View the complete order status in the "My Activity" tab.

Steps to View Order Updates:

  1. Login to the marketplace.
  2. Click on the My Activity section on the left panel.

  3. Go to the Buy & Redeem tab to find all your orders.
  4. Click on View Details for more information about an order.

Here, you can:

  • See the status of your order.

  • View any additional messages from the seller.

  • Access the tracking link once the seller ships the item and updates the tracking information.
