Know your seller account

The seller account on the Galileo Marketplace comprises five essential sections, each designed to help you manage your sales efficiently:
  1. Product Management: This section allows you to manage all your listed products, enabling you to list new products and update existing ones with ease. Some important sections in this area are:

    1. Draft products - Once a seller adds a new product, it is initially stored as a draft. This allows the seller to access and make any necessary updates before listing it for sale. Sellers can view all their drafts in this section.

    2. Listed products - Products that have already been listed for sale on the marketplace can be found in this section.

    3. Sold products - Products that have been successfully sold on the marketplace can be found here.

  2. Order Dashboard: Here, you can find detailed information about the orders placed, update the order status after processing it, and access a returns tab to issue refunds when necessary. Some important sections in this area are:

    1. Buy and Redeem - This tab provides a list of all orders placed for your products, where you can view buyer information and update the order status.

    2. ReturnsThis tab provides a list of return requests and the actions you can perform to refund the buyer.

  3. Earnings: View your sales and the profits earned after deducting referral fees, check the amount available for withdrawal as well as the amount held in escrow, with all amounts depicted in this section shown after deducting the referral fee. Some important sections in this area are:

    1. Available for withdrawal - The amount which can be withdrawn and has passed the clearance from our escrow system

    2. Payments being cleared - The amount held in the escrow system due to the non-completion of the lock-in period. These funds can be used to process returns and refund the buyer.

    3. Refunded amount -The total amount refunded to the buyer after processing returns, to date.

    4. Earnings to dateThis includes the amount withdrawn, payments being cleared, and pending withdrawals.

    5. Withdrawn to date - The total amount withdrawn to date.

    6. Withdrawal history - The history of your withdrawals, also displays the amount earned by seller in case of partial refunds.

  4. Sales Report: The sales report includes taxes and shipping charges collected, referral fees deducted, and seller earnings, providing a comprehensive view of your selling journey.

  5. General Settings: Add your support email and contact details, and choose the countries where you want to sell your products. 

    Some important sections in this area are:

    • Contact details - Add your support email and contact details, which will be used by sellers to contact you in case of any additional queries.
    • Selling options - You can either decide to sell in the complete European Union and UK or select specific countries to restrict your sales.
  6. Sell Crypto: This optional feature enables you to convert the crypto earned from sales on the Galileo Marketplace into fiat currency. We've partnered with Transak to provide a seamless conversion experience. Simply click "Sell Now" to start the process. However, you are free to use any other conversion service of your choice if preferred.
