Resolving the warning message "This wallet is not registered"

If you encounter the warning message "This account is not registered" while connecting to the Galileo Marketplace, it might be because you are connected with an unregistered MetaMask account. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Open MetaMask:

    • Click on the MetaMask extension icon in your browser.
  2. Check Accounts:

    • Click on the account dropdown to view all your accounts.

  3. Select Registered Account:

    • Select the account you registered with the Galileo Marketplace.

    • If you have difficulty finding the correct account, go to "My Profile" on the marketplace to see the account you registered with.


  4. Reconnect to Marketplace:

    • Click on the Galileo Protocol icon on the top right of the MetaMask popup.


    • Select "Connect" or "Switch to this account" for your registered account.

  5. Refresh:

    • The warning message should now be cleared. If not, refresh the page and check again.
