Completing KYC on the Galileo Marketplace

Note: KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory to perform any buying or reselling activity on the Galileo marketplace.
Please follow the steps below to initiate your KYC process
  1. Visit Galileo Protocol Login page and login to your account. If u have not signed up already, visit this Create an account with Galileo marketplace guide to sign up.
  2. Click on the "Connect wallet" button on top right, and connect your registered wallet address, in case if u feel any issues in connecting wallet, visit this troubleshooting guide for help, 

  3. Click on your profile icon at the top right to access additional options.
  4. Select "My Profile" from the menu.
  5. If you haven't completed the KYC process, you'll see the option to "Initiate KYC." Click on it to begin.
  6. Once clicked on "Initiate KYC" option, and Your wallet will ask for a signature, Confirm the signature process. This does not involve any gas fees, or nor is a transaction
  7. Next you should see a widget popping up to take you through the KYC process.
  8. Follow the guide as prompted in the widget.
  9. Complete the process according to the instructions provided.
  10. Upon completion, the widget will ask for your consent to submit KYC information to Galileo Protocol.
  11. With your consensual submission, the KYC process will be completed and you should see your updated KYC status.
  12. If u see your KYC state as pending, you can get back to check the status after sometime.
  13. If the KYC status is failed, you can try to attempt again by clicking on the same KYC option
