Getting started with your seller account

To request a seller account on the Galileo Marketplace, you must first register at app.galileoprotocol.io. Once your registration is submitted, the Galileo Protocol team will review and approve your request. Upon approval, you will gain access to the Seller Portal, where you can begin listing and managing your products. You can get to know about the different sections of your seller account by visiting Know your Seller Account section.

Accessing your seller account

Follow these steps to access your seller account:

  1. Login to your seller account:

    1. Visit Galileo Protocol Login.

    2. Log in using the credentials you received via email.

    3. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the seller portal.

  2. Update contact details

    1. In any case when a buyer wishes to contact a seller, they will use the support email and mobile number provided by the seller. Visit the Add Contact Details for Support to complete this step.

  3. Select operational countries

    1. Galileo Marketplace allows sellers to chose the countries in which they want to sell their products. Visit the Select Operational Countries guide to set this up.

    2. By default it will be set to your country of registration.


  4. Setup warehouse addresses (Optional)

    1. Setting up your warehouse address is an important step before you start using Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) for shipping the products. If u wish to ship your products at a flat rate or free, you can skip this step. During product listing, sellers can select one of these warehouse addresses to let CCS know the origin address of the parcel. Follow the steps described in Setting up Warehouse Addresses for Shipping, to set this or watch the video.

  5. List your first product

    1. Listing is where you add your products for sale in the marketplace. To list your product, follow the steps in the Listing your Products guide.

  6. Order notification and status update

    1. Once u receive the order, you will be notified via registered email and in-app notification.

  7. Withdrawing earnings

    1. Sellers can withdraw their earnings for an order 14 days after delivery, provided there are no return requests pending against that order.

  8. Processing returns

    1. Returns and refunds are an integral part of the Galileo Marketplace. Buyers can return items within 14 days from the delivery date with valid reasons and receive a refund. View this Processing a Return Request guide, to handle with a return request.
